   Any damage caused to the property will be the responsibility of the client.

   • The client is responsible for any bank fees or additional transaction costs.

   • Yachts
   • Tours
   • Private chef
   • Transportation
   • Decorations

   Are operated by third-party providers and are subject to their own availability and conditions.

8. 08Liability

   Cartagena Rental Luxury is not responsible for:

   • Cancellations due to external causes (weather, force majeure, third-party decisions)
   • Loss of personal belongings
   • Accidents during the stay or activities

9. 09Check-in and Check-out

   • Check-in and check-out times will be defined at the time of booking
