Premium Cancellation & Payment Policy

01Booking Confirmation

To secure a reservation, the following is required:

• A 50% initial deposit of the total booking value
• The remaining balance must be paid 5 days prior to arrival

A reservation is only confirmed once payment has been received.

02Cancellation Policy

Due to the exclusive nature of our properties and services, the following terms apply:

• 48-hour grace period: After making the 50% deposit, the client has 48 hours to cancel the reservation. In this case, 80% of the amount paid will be refunded, while 20% will be retained for administrative and operational costs.
• After 48 hours: The 50% deposit becomes non-refundable under all circumstances.
• Cancellations made within 30 days prior to arrival: 100% of the total reservation amount is non-refundable.
• Cancellations made more than 30 days in advance: A future credit may be offered (no cash refund), subject to approval.

03No-Show Policy

In case of no arrival:

• 100% of the booking will be charged
• No refunds or rescheduling apply

04Date Changes

• Subject to availability
• Rate adjustments may apply
• Not guaranteed

05Force Majeure

In exceptional circumstances:

• Rescheduling or credit may be offered
• Cash refunds are not guaranteed

06Third-Party Services

(Yachts, tours, experiences)

• May have independent policies
• Typically non-refundable

07Acceptance

By making a payment, the client automatically agrees to this policy.
